Luigi Pomata has made his gastronomic restaurant the equivalent of a star in France. Coming from a large family of restaurateurs and hoteliers, he has been able to preserve the tradition by honouring tuna in all its cooking. After having travelled through many countries and as many culinary experiences, the recipe of this beautiful place with its large terrace is a delicate cuisine, exceptional products from all over the island and elegant dressings. The chef doesn't stop there and has created the more accessible Pomata Bistrot and the NEXT lounge bar.

Siamo stati per cena, avvolti al bar, il tavolo non era ancora pronto e ci siamo deliziati con un calice di bollicine scambiando due parole con la gentilissima barman. Seduti a tavola abbiamo subito notato la pulizia dei luoghi. La nostra fortuna è stata che in sala girava lo chef Luigi Pomata che non solo ha preso la comanda, ma consigliato i piatti da prendere. Tutti i piatti eccezionali!!!! Menzione particolare per il dolce, un momento di condivisione che lascia a bocca aperta! Per capire di cosa parlo, vi ascio giusto due foto….per incuriosirvi e per farvi venir voglia di prenotare!!!
