A little out of the city centre, but close to the hotel district, this table will seduce gourmets. The pleasant and modern setting, all in white, serves as a showcase for a very inspired cuisine. The self-taught chef Christian Pollu selects the best products, most of which are fished off the coast of Sardinia. He sublimates them with minimalist preparations of Sardinian inspiration. Cucina Machri is considered the best table in Pula. Prefer an indoor table, the outdoor terrace overlooks the sometimes noisy street.

Culurgiones con ripieno di Ricotta e Bottarga alle Cozze e Pesto di Prezzemolo molto interessante, tutti i sapori erano equilibrati. La cernia all'acqua pazza non mi ha dato l'effetto wow, la cottura a bassa temperatura forse non è la più adatta, si è perso un po' di sapore. Ho finito la mia cena con un sublime sorbetto ai fichi. Un ristorante in cui ci si sente bene e in cui il rispetto dei sapori e delle materie prime stanno alla base di tutto. Da provare assolutamente.
