A little out of the city centre, but close to the hotel district, this table will seduce gourmets. The pleasant and modern setting, all in white, serves as a showcase for a very inspired cuisine. The self-taught chef Christian Pollu selects the best products, most of which are fished off the coast of Sardinia. He sublimates them with minimalist preparations of Sardinian inspiration. Cucina Machri is considered the best table in Pula. Prefer an indoor table, the outdoor terrace overlooks the sometimes noisy street.

Vorrei dare un 4 e mezzo, è senz'altro un posto molto carino e intimo, i piatti ben curati ma secondo la mia opinione personale dovrebbero fare un piccolo salto di qualità a 360°...consiglio comunque di provare meritano fiducia!

Le service est très agréable, rapide. Très bon conseils sur la carte des vins, qui est très large.
Et le rapport qualité prix est très bon, forcément plus cher qu’une trattoria classique, mais abordable en même temps pour ce niveau. Bravo.
Seul bémol : la terrasse donne sur une rue très passante, pas mal de bruit des voitures qui passent.
