Opened since 1954, it is the ideal hotel for a sleep before embarking on the gorges or visiting the region. The 26 rooms are large and comfortable, with bathroom, TV and private terrace for some. At the bottom, a tavern offers Cretan dishes prepared exclusively with local ingredients. The owner will take you to the top of the gorge in the morning.
