The staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our time there amazing. Travelling with a 15 month old can be difficult but the team at Casa Moazza made it so much easier. The team would see us at breakfast and immediately bring us a high chair. We didn’t even have to ask.
The hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful, clean and had been set up and ready to go with a portacot for our son.
We would definitely recommend Casa Moazza to all our family and friends.
Thank you so much to the wonderful team. You certainly are all ab asset to this stunning hotel and we hope to see again in the future!

Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν καφέ και εξαιρετικά στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Έχουν προσέξει πολύ το φωτισμό δημιουργώντας πολύ ενδιαφέρον αποτέλεσμα.
Πολύ καλό πρωινό και πραγματικά υπέροχοι οι οικοδεσπότες έτοιμοι να ανταποκριθούν σε κάθε μας ανάγκη.
Το μόνο που ίσως πρέπει να ξέρει όποιος το επισκεφτεί είναι ότι τα δωμάτια των δύο ατόμων δεν έχουν βεράντα αλλά πρόσβαση στην αυλή που είναι κοινόχρηστος χώρος.
Εμείς είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι από την παραμονή μας και το συστήνουμε σε όλους.

- Incredibly kind and helpful staff, always ready to give a recommendation or a smile - Lady Ana and her team really make everyone feel welcome and at home
- Excellent location, on a quiet street right at the edge of the old town, 2-3 minutes away from a reasonably priced paid parking where it is easy to find a spot and 15 minutes on foot from Rethymno beach
- Many little extras that make the experience complete, e.g., provided beach towels, very comfortable bath robes, option to have breakfast prepared in advance for an early morning leave, etc.
- Breakfast is very tasty and with a local spin, but the options are relatively few and do not change across days - could become a bit repetitive during a longer stay

To our surprise, there had been some new renovations, and if it didn't already look so quaint and special here, now even more so.
The additional three rooms added (now up to approximately 13 rooms in total), are a wonderful addition to Casa Moazzo.
Thanks for the recommendation of taking a day trip to Preveli beach. Wow.
Rethimnon is special, but staying with this well cared for Casa Moazzo suites and apartments, leaves us with the vacation we need and talk about constantly. We anxiously wait for our return.
We highly recommend a stay here. It's so close to center, walking distances to any dinners out.

There certainly are differences from big hotel chains to personalized services of smaller hotel. Loved it.
Clean, courteous and friendly staff, beautiful rooms.
