Thanks to its owner Dimitra Papantoni, a painter herself, Melitakas is not a souvenir shop like the others but rather a small art gallery. Established since 2016, it contains jewellery, decorative objects, terracotta or earthenware tableware, paintings or icons, kombolois... Each object is authentic because it is handmade and bears the signature of contemporary Greek artists. Even if the prices for some items are a little higher than elsewhere, they are still accessible to all budgets.
