J'allais oublier le buffet du petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux et de qualité.
A l'écart de l'agitation touristique, la situation du Kapsaliana village hotel permet de visiter (à condition d'avoir une voiture) des lieux intéressants comme Rethymnon ou le monastère de Preveli.
Il ne faut pas hésiter à faire la randonnée entre le monastère d' Arkadi et l'hôtel, les deux premiers tiers en valent vraiment la peine.
Et en plus on vous fait un petit cadeau en quittant l'hôtel ... peut-être pour adoucir la peine des clients car c'est vraiment dur de quitter un endroit pareil !
