HOUSE OF RURAL CRAFTS
A dozen kilometres southwest of La Bourboule on the D 922, the Maison de l'Artisanat is, to date, the only exhibition place offering such a diversity of creations. It is in a superb local, that one can admire the fantastic work of many artisans of art: land, wood, lava, jewelry, basketry, glass, painted metal, wool, dried flowers, silk painted, binding, leather and cutlery. Demonstrations by artisans of the village are organized on Thursday, July and August, in the village square, from 14 am to 18 pm. Workshops for children are also offered on Wednesday and Friday afternoon on registration, the rate is 2,50 € for one hour of activity.
