PREVELI BEACH (PALM BEACH)
Go there and contact
The beach of Preveli is particularly pleasant with its many shady corners.
Access is a good 20 minutes walk from the overhanging car park, but the beauty of the place is worth it. Just before entering the track, you can take advantage of a Jeep driver to take you to the beach. If you only have your own rental car, be extremely careful, as you are driving between the rock and the void, the road is not asphalted at all. So drive extremely slowly, between 5 km/h and 10 km/h, so you will cover the five kilometres of track in about half an hour. Alternatively, you can take the boat from Plakias or Agia Galini, which takes you directly to the beach and picks you up in the evening. Otherwise, walk! Bearing in mind that this is a tough walk.
But the effort is worth it. It's a beautiful place, not to be missed for anything in the world. Before flowing into the sea, the lake forms a very refreshing little river, of a stunning turquoise colour, surrounded by palm trees and oleanders. To the right and left are steep rocks that make it impossible to reach other beaches. You will have the impression of being on one of the last paradises on earth, worthy of the most impressive postcards. The place is superb, and the beach is particularly pleasant with its many shady corners. The palm trees have grown back all around the river since the last fire in 2010 and now the palm grove is making a name for itself. A place not to be missed!

With a lack of signs, lots of people start to take the track on foot, leaving their car, but quickly grain their way to take their car, to reach this beach which is the " end of the world " The effort was largely rewarded.
