Un bar au sommet d'une tour avec une vue exceptionnelle des illuminations d'Ho Chi Minh, il ne faut pas avoir le vertige. Une carte de choix pour toute sorte de cocktails et snacks.
Attention ne pas venir en tong ou tenue de plage au risque de se faire refouler à l'entrée.
