Located on the 28th floor, this panoramic bar offers a superb view of Saigon. It's a rather flashy luxury, but the promoters of the place have achieved their objective of making it a sight to behold... A wide choice of spirits and cocktails made by artists in the field. Light and sound and DJs from all over the world liven up this exclusive temple of Saigon nightlife. Des événements sont organisés très régulièrement (consulter leur page Facebook). You can also dine well in the restaurant. Essentiellement grillades et fruits de mer au menu.

On m'a fait découvrir ce bar avec une vue panoramique de nuit époustouflante et une ambiance sympathique! Les cocktails y sont chers par contre mais le service vous chouchoute, et en haut que des gens biens habillés! Endroit emblématique de la nuit à HCMV, réservé à ceux qui en ont les moyens (pour les vietnamiens) cependant.
