MARCO’S AFRICAN PLACE
This large hangar transformed into a family restaurant by Marco, a well known figure in Cape Town. Most servers are Congolese and speak French. The kitchen is excellent and the atmosphere at the top, with every evening, music groups from all over Africa. Among the specialities of the house, the pan-African base with fillets of springbok, ostrich and kudou, or Mr K's Dinner, a T-bone steak in garlic, mushrooms and pepper sauce. Very tourist with group dining, but we also come here to appreciate the "concert dinner", which is frankly worth the trouble.
