Inverdoorn Game Reserve & Iziba Safari Lodge is a wilderness reserve located in the heart of the Western Cape's semi-desert region, just 2 hours 50 minutes from the center of Cape Town. The Inverdoorn Game Reserve & Iziba Safari Lodge lies in the middle of the Little Karoo Desert, cradled by colorful hills, and covers 10,000 hectares, making it the largest in the region. The expression "Big Five" refers to the five animals most historically prized by trophy hunters: lion, rhinoceros, buffalo, leopard and elephant. - CapeCheetah is a breeding, rehabilitation and conservation program for cheetahs. Inverdoorn Game Reserve & Iziba Safari Lodge is proud to be the haven of thirteen cheetahs, the latest of which is the reserve's pride and joy: Iziba, a little orphan rescued by CapeCheetah.
- RhinoProtect is a program dedicated to the protection and survival of rhinos threatened by poaching for their horns. RhinoProtect counteracts this scourge by proposing alternative solutions, such as poisoning rhino horns so that they lose all market value, communicating extensively and, of course, keeping a watchful eye on them 24/7.
