Opposite the Palácio Foz, it is one of the largest offices in the city centre with extended opening hours (just like the airport) to get there after work until late at night. Like everywhere else, you have to take a number and wait your turn. There is no automatic franking machine here like in France, so you will have to queue to send your letters or buy stamps. This office has a cafeteria next door where you can have a coffee while waiting for your number to appear on the screen.
