"Oven" in reference to the famous tandoor oven used in Indian cooking for over 5,000 years! Chef Hari Chapagain had one brought in, handcrafted from Delhi: no less than 8,500 km traveled to the streets of Baixa Pombalina. The menu has been composed to offer the most traditional dishes of Indian and Nepalese cuisine, such as the famous tandoori chicken, but also numerous vegetarian options. Uncommon in Indian restaurants, there are also some very good desserts, such as "devil's chocolate", whose name is quite self-explanatory...
