In the very small kitchen of the "Tamarind", we are dealing with a passionate and award-winning chef, Hardev Walia (English-speaking and the holder of another restaurant in Portsmouth in England), to surprise: curry of lamb or gambas, coconut or fish to mango. Everything is home! Also note a good selection of fine vegetarian cuisine with seasonal vegetables. A friendly customer friendly home on a background of moving Indian music.
