In the past, the best Japanese restaurant in the city (Aya), in any case one of the oldest, was metamorphosé (spring 2012) in sushi towers thanks to a new specialty of specialty, made by Brazilian masters, less demanding in salary than Japanese and closer to Japanese quality than the Chinese.
