Tsukiji in Japan was for a long time the largest fish market in the world. This restaurant is committed to sustainable development, from the decoration based on wood and stone to the preparation of the fish, from the fin to the shell, by the chef. A real journey of fusion of flavours between Portugal and Asia. Meat lovers will also find something for them with good matured meat. For the aperitif, the bar offers more than 100 wines and 20 sakés accompanied by a few petiscos. Yummy!
