Chef Justa Nobre offers us modern Portuguese cuisine while respecting the traditions of the Trás-Os-MOntes region.
Here, we serve modern cuisine while retaining the traditional side of Portuguese gastronomy, and more specifically of Trás-Os-Montes, in the north of the country. A native of this region, chef Justa Nobre, who gave her name to the restaurant and has won awards in gastronomic competitions, is one of Portugal's leading chefs. In the kitchen, she directs her two sisters, while her husband José Nobre takes care of you in the dining room. A family affair! For starters, we recommend her famous spider crab soup and the red fruit "Carmim" cake.
