Terroir is a restaurant that opened in 2020 and offers 5- or 8-course tasting menus. The menu changes regularly and is completely revised with each change of season. Chef Guilherme, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, offers contemporary cuisine using local produce mixed with exotic flavors. A true voyage around the world that you can combine with carefully selected wines. The restaurant has two rooms, one with a counter from which you can watch the chef at work.
