Come and discover the cuisine of the Alentejo region, in this restaurant run by chef António Nobre, himself a native of the region. To offer you a pleasant experience, the team has designed a spacious dining room with a warm decor. On the menu, you'll find dishes made with fresh produce such as the famous ensopado de borrego, Bochechas de porco (pork cheeks in wine) and a whole range of tapas featuring regional products (Serpa or Nisa cheese, sautéed mushrooms with garlic and coriander...). The establishment offers three different menus prepared withlocal produce, including the lunch menu, the bistro menu and the dinner menu, not forgetting the special tasting menu. You can also opt for the executive menu, which includes soup or dessert, main course, water or soft drink and coffee. For the main course, you can choose between the vegetarian option and the fish or meat dish from the special suggestions of the week. The perfect accompaniment to your meal is a carefully selected national wine, which will enhance every flavor .Degust'Art Lisboa is also the ideal place for your group events, with a capacity of one hundred seats to accommodate your lunch and dinner meals.
