Its name refers to the pizza dough, made here with Italian 00 flour. The wine list features over 80 Italian nectars, including the house specialty: Prosecco! The charcuterie and cheese stalls are mouth-watering, and all products are certified Italian, particularly from the Veneto region. À la carte: salads, pastas and pizzas. The pizzas, made with fine, fragrant dough, are the house's greatest success. In fine weather, enjoy the lovely terrace under the pergola overlooking the botanical garden.
