This restaurant is so well known that there is a line at the entrance as soon as it opens. Even international celebrities go there.
The queue in front of the entrance speaks for itself: you're in a Mecca of Lisbon cuisine, as evidenced by the worn tiles on the floor that have seen a few visitors. The menu changes daily, but specialties include ceviches, tartars and chocolate mousse with cherry liqueur, a house classic. The wine list is essentially made up of nectars from the Lisbon region. Reservations are not possible; you have to join the waiting list when you arrive, but it's best to arrive when the restaurant opens.
