Attended by a rather well-to-do clientele, acquired over more than 70 years of existence, Gambrinus is considered one of the city's best traditional addresses. In a simple setting of dark wood and white tablecloths, it serves a wide range of fish and seafood dishes, accompanied by an excellent wine list. Empadão de perdrix (Monday), soupe rica de poisson (Wednesday), cherne grillé sauce gribiche, soufflé Rothschild. Cultissime maison, perhaps a little overestimated, with a note that's way too salty!
