One of our small canteens of Bairro Alto, in this neighborhood that identifies itself, and wants to be too in. You feel right away: is it because of its small elevation in the street and its ringarde decoration? Or because of the Lisboètes that fill it (40 seats only, you have to arrive early!) and chat with animation and conviviality? Or because of the boss, overwhelmed, who never forgets you without forcing you to eat? Mystery… Even if the classic card is not a crazy variety, everything is the most pleasant in the world and in summer sardines are still preparing on the sidewalk. After hearty alentejana soup you can choose from the very honest and complete day dishes: meat (good selection of steak) or fish (bream).
