Close to the Santa Apolónia train station, this 1904 establishment has retained its original decor, typical of a casa de pasto (local tavern): marble, wood panelling and ceramic floors from the era. A warm, old-fashioned atmosphere in which to enjoy southern Portuguese cuisine made with fresh, local produce. Petiscos (Portuguese tapas) to share and authentic dishes that will delight your taste buds: skate with garlic(raia de alhada) or horse mackerel tartar with almonds.
