More than for its cuisine, it's for the experience that we go to this iconic Almada restaurant, basking at the foot of the Tagus. It's for the ferry ride, the walk along the river and the sunset over Lisbon that we make the trip. On the plate, nothing you won't find elsewhere - grilled fish, octopus salad, kid stew - although everything is very well cooked. The old-fashioned charm of this little restaurant is no longer a secret, so you'll need to make a reservation if you hope to sit down.
