It's been fourteen years since the Bistro opened its doors, and the colors have changed with the designers who have decorated and reinvented it, but the focus has always been on innovative, seasonal, multi-inspired cuisine, in the image of charismatic globe-trotting chef Ljubomir Stanisic, the most Portuguese of Yugoslavs. After (or before) a visit to the cocktail bar, the menu will surprise you, I promise. And don't miss the private Hendriks room, entirely designed by Mário Belém and Filipe Pinto Soares.
