In a few years'time, Olivier Costa was more than one (pre) name in the Portuguese capital, for ten years in Bairro Alto before developing his brand at various sites at the Tivoli Jardim Hotel with Avenida and the sushi-bar Yakuza or more recently with the very fashionable Guilty, casual with his weekend hype DJ evenings, still in the same area, mid-mi-height of the da Liberdade avenue. For several years rua do Alecrim (rue du rosemary), Nathalie, his sister, Franco-Portuguese (as well as franco-port!), as a welcoming and tireless master of ceremonies (she actually tons!) received in different idioms a national and international clientele rather bling-bling but connected… now, rua do Alecrim having closed, she receives the same clientele here and also, is new, in Honra (Praça da Figueira on the ground floor of The Beautique Hotel Figueira in Baixa, for excellent traditional cuisine in a refined setting), some evenings, wait to cross the last pertussis of magazines people as well as the former international football Luís Figo! to know the table, choose the total, with the full tasting menu including an assortment of appetizers, nine entrances and a main dish, lemon sherbet with of vodka included. Crab guacamole, carpaccio of octopus, shrimp tiger cream, sausage sausage, duck magret sauce of Porto wine, turbot sauce meunière, crepe sauce… It is not surprising, the appropriate set of Luso-French influences is held, especially as there are some good Portuguese drinks and the world to accompany this dinner, all of which is pleasant.
