MALMEQUER BEMMEQUER
In front of the church of São Miguel, one of the most pleasant restaurants of Alfama, some tables for the locals and lost tourists in the labyrinth. In a family atmosphere, simple but often tasty Portuguese traditional cuisine: burbot filet, cod to cream, rice of octopus, sardines, skewers… In a bistro-laughing decor, the boss, former cook cook, tries to be in small care with his guests, he even speaks the language of Victor Hugo! Reasonable rate if you gently send back from where they come from the small entries… Only small defect revealed: slow service, but relax, don't forget… You are in VA-CAN-CES!
