Between the São Carlos and São Luíz theaters, here's yet another project by prolific Michelin-starred chef José Avillez. Bistro ambience, wooden chairs and pretty antique blue and white plates on the wall. The Lisbon-born chef has made a name for himself with a discerning clientele, having worked at Belcanto and Le Ja. His fresh, inventive cuisine is always based on quality ingredients, with an emphasis on raw materials. You'll find two other places in Lisbon for lunch or dinner, in Cascais and Parque das Nações.
