OFICINA DO DUQUE
On the do Duque coast, above the Rossio train Station and under the Largo Trindade Coelho, and its statue is lucky, here is a multi-faceted creative and conceptual restaurant with its open kitchen and its modern, fairly modern setting, with two immaculate white rooms. Speaking for curious and demanding epicurean, at the end of the afternoon for petiscos (tapas à la portugaise) and some cocktails (porto ou or vodka), the kitchen is based on good Portuguese products with the use of foreign technical influences (low temperature cooking, especially). With good homemade bread and a beautiful selection of wines, place with very beautiful compositions, well balanced in order to glorify Portuguese cuisine revisited: typical unique reworked verde (very fine), sarrajão (kind of bonito) for young shoots and soybeans, fresco, small cuttlefish hamburger, and its skipped lenses accompanied with curry fruits, delicious, corvina (lean) with turnips and ginger, borrego, agneau à (agneau pork), and son aux (porc pork) served with artichokes, and some vegetarian specialities… Before a basil sherbet or ice cream. A very close, not to mention the service nice and informed! In short, very happy to have found this original table, both on substance and on form, and ready to make the address to real friends!
