In the magnificent setting of the 17th-century Bernardas convent - which also houses the Musée de la Marionnette - this restaurant offers a cuisine combining ingredients from the Portuguese terroir with French cooking techniques. At the helm of this fine establishment are chef Pedro Henrique Lima and chef João de Oliveira, supported by French chefs Alexis Gielbaum and Maxime Kien. The result? Roast lamb fillet with eggplant and date chutney, duck confit with smoked carrot cream, chocolate mousse and forget all about it.

hier au soir j'en suis sortie déçue.
En effet, le foie gras poêlé commandé en plat principal était quasi froid et un des serveurs a eu une attitude inacceptable, à la limite de l'agacement et air hautain, après que nous lui ayons demandé de repréciser la composition de deux desserts par manque de compréhension et dont il avait énuméré la liste oralement. Une carte aurait été appréciable.
Pour ce qui est du cadre, l'ambiance et les autres personnes de l'équipe il n'y a rien à redire.
