In the magnificent setting of the 17th-century Bernardas convent - which also houses the Musée de la Marionnette - this restaurant offers a cuisine combining ingredients from the Portuguese terroir with French cooking techniques. At the helm of this fine establishment are chef Pedro Henrique Lima and chef João de Oliveira, supported by French chefs Alexis Gielbaum and Maxime Kien. The result? Roast lamb fillet with eggplant and date chutney, duck confit with smoked carrot cream, chocolate mousse and forget all about it.

Le service est déplorable. A peine assis nous avons été sommés de prendre le menu dégustation. Une succession de plat tous aussi insipide les uns que les autres nous ont été présentés à un rythme effréné. Monsieru Moita a été particulièrement désagréable. La cuisson du l'agneau est un désastre ! La qualité des lieux ne vaut pat celle de l'assiette.
