Situated in the heart of the Príncipe Real district, this restaurant surprises with its sophisticated decor and its green entrance. This is where the Bourrat family live out their passion for the restaurant business. At the helm in the kitchen are Louise Bourrat, winner of "Top Chef" 2022, and her multilingual team. The restaurant is divided into two areas, the first opening onto the kitchen and the second forming a small, light-filled interior garden. Everything is made with local produce, with flavors enhanced by Mediterranean or Oriental condiments.
