Born in Avignon, France, chef Philippe Gelfi named his restaurant "Grenache" after his region's black grape variety. Nestled in the courtyard of the Pátio de Dom Fradique, close to the São Jorge Castle, this charming Michelin-listed restaurant offers absolutely delicious modern French cuisine. A culinary odyssey where French creativity and savoir-faire combine perfectly with local Portuguese produce. Surprising dishes that delight the taste buds with their original flavors. Excellent welcome. Special mention for the lovely terrace.

Super restaurant idéalement situé près du château. À recommander sans hésiter. La cuisine est recherchée, les produits sont de très bonne qualité. Les assiettes sont équilibrées. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux.

Restaurant dans une petite cour très tranquille. Plats délicats dans de bonnes proportions, service très agréable.

Très bon gastro. Situation exceptionnelle. Salle intimiste avec vue sur la cuisine. Menu dégustation copieux, généreux et très intelligent. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin. On recommande un accord de vins pour 2. Les produits sont excellents et très bien cuisinés. Le service est précis et maitrise tout en étant détendu et sympathique. Nous recommandons totalement.
