In addition to focusing exclusively on sustainable agriculture, Sem prides itself on producing almost no food waste. Everything is reused, fermented and diverted, as evidenced by the jars scattered around the room containing strange concoctions. Green tomatoes in brine, cayenne pepper in miso and an army of microorganisms ready to reach your plate. A unique address in Lisbon where it's worth putting your hand in your wallet. We recommend the tasting menu at €76 per person.
