The streets around Marquês de Pombal continue to fill up with trendy cafés and restaurants, and Manifest is one of them! Its owners arrived from Ukraine several years ago. Here, you can brunch and sip cocktails at any time of day. You'll always find a place to sit in the large, retro-chic room. The food is excellent (especially the Scandinavian brunch) and the service top-notch. A little extra: the coffee comes from an artisan roaster in Lisbon and the bread from a bakery in Alcântara.
