Like many of us, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic that chef António decided to kill time by exploring the world of natural fermentation. He joined forces with his brother Lourenço to create Do Beco in 2020. Initially, as the name suggests, it was a simple bakery. But given the quality of the products, success was not long in coming. Today, Do Beco has also become a café where you can take a gourmet break or brunch at the weekend with the formula for two.
