O GAMBUZINO
Spearheaded by two foodies, Vasco and Monica, the Gambuzino project, which began in 2019, is an invitation to discover the full diversity of vegan cuisine. Nestled under a bougainvillea on "Angel Street", a stone's throw from Largo Intendente, the restaurant boasts a covered terrace in addition to the indoor space, which offers the spectacle of an open kitchen. Everything is fermented on site (tempeh, kimchi, kombucha) and most of the produce is local. The atmosphere is tranquil and the service friendly. We recommend the bibimbap, which we're happy to return for. For lovers of vegan burgers, another joint has just opened a few minutes away, on Rua Damasceno Monteiro.
