A property of the VIP hotel group, in Lisbon and its surrounding area, many other units, this type of Aparthotel and classified 4 stars, is ideally located in Restauradores in a former theatre in the Art Deco façade. This residence offers 134 apartments and studios furnished, equipped, soundproofed, air-conditioned and well maintained. Some of them are quite large, but all are very comfortable and give access to a panoramic private terrace with swimming pool and impressive view.

Habitaciones tipo apartamento, con su propia cocina (al completo, con nevera, microondas, lavavajillas ....), dos habitaciones independientes, baño completo. Como cortesía te facilitan albornoces y zapatillas, agua y cápsulas de café.
El buffet del desayuno muy completo. En días de mucha concurrencia abren el espacio de la terraza para desayunar con unas vistas magníficas de la ciudad.

Cons
Room is hot and musty, no AC, the hallway was cooler than the room. It was only 50 outside. Maybe a solid 78 in the room. dollar store shower curtain that sticks to you while you take a shower. Very very strong perfume small throughout the hotel. I think they put scent on the carpet when cleaning.
If you have allergies or migraines, this is not the place for you. Everyone was sneezing in the hotel and complaining of the powerful smell.
I would not stay again due to the lack of comfort given their prices.
