Book with Hermitage! I highly recommend staying here &using Hermitage Castelo/Casa-Chafariz! (google them)The employees go above &beyond to take care of you &all of your needs. We stayed in Apt 4 which is the entire 4th floor &we could not have been more comfortable! There is so much room in this apartment. If you are a group the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with a dining room &living room in between!The A/C gets super cold with wall units to control every room! The beds are queen beds not Kings.No Drying machine but plenty of room and hangers to hang dry.Bed linens are beautifully smooth, of high quality &the pillows are perfect.The showers are big with great water pressure &heat.Towels are oversized &fluffy. I missed this prior but there is a very steep staircase with narrow steps to get to the 1st floor then a lift from the 1st floor to floors 2-4.There is no getting around the stairs. It is centrally located to all things &an easy walk to Cais do Sodre. A million stars!

We had a wonderful three days in Lisbon. The apartment was spotless, the staff so helpful and the Breakfast in Box delicious and good value.

What a lovely place - the place was impeccably clean and the service was so accommodating and friendly. I would definitely come back for my next trip to Lisbon!

Great apartment, very clean and super responsive and helpful owners!! Pretty close to everything, farthest things being only a 30m walk. We really enjoyed our time there and would recommend. The digital key was easy to use.

Beautiful 2 bed apartment in a great location with lots of cool restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful service. We were a family of 3 adults and there was ample space for all of us. I’d highly recommend and visit again.

An Appartment was very beautiful,clean, specfull and authentic. We were family of 5. Perfect central location. Good communication with the stuff. I definitely will happy back when visit in Lisbon.

We are a family of four and stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment and building are clean and modern with remnants of the classical history. We were provided with body wash/shampoo, lotion, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, towels, bedding, and a lovely bottle of wine. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The views from our apartment were wonderful and we felt well situated to visit Lisbon from the location. There was construction on the roads nearby that shut down any traffic so parking the car was tricky and a bit more time consuming. But there is a great gelato place in the same building so I enjoyed walking to the parking garage. There was a festival during the month of June up the street and we walked there for some great food and festive atmosphere. We did not hear any street or other apartment noises during our stay. It was very quiet on the 3rd floor.
Please be aware of the steep flight of stairs that are necessary to climb to get to the elevator. We also werenʻt sure where the entrance door was when we first arrived as the pictures show the fountain and little plaza in the front of the building but the entry door is off to the left side when facing the building. There is a little side street to drop off and pick up on the right side when facing the building and the street fronting the door on the left side of the building doesnʻt have a lot of room to stop and unload or get picked up.
All communication was kind, easy, and professional. All recommendations were helpful and great.
The luggage hold company they recommended, Luggit, was a fantastic service we utilized after check out. I highly recommend this service and it is very affordable.
I would recommend Casa Chafariz and stay again.

Location d’un bon rapport qualité/prix. Calme et bien décoré, l’appartement est en proximité des lieux touristiques de Lisbonne (Bairro Alto, Alfama...) grâce notamment au Tramway 28.

Wir haben das One Bedroom Appartement gemietet (2 Erwachsene plus 1 Kind) und wir haben es sehr genossen! Alles war sehr sauber und modern.
Unsere Tochter schlief auf einem bequemen Schlafsofa, das man in Sekunden zu einem Bett aufklappen konnte.
Die Fenster sind schalldicht, so dass man kaum etwas von dem Verkehr draußen mitbekommt (aktuell eine große Baustelle im Gebäude gegenüber, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern wirklich akzeptabel - und ich bin normalerweise sehr lärmempfindlich ????). Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden, falls es zu warm wurde.
In der Straße gibt es ein süßes Frühstückscafé (Flora & Fauna), was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Ein kleiner Lebensmittel Laden ist auch um die Ecke. Und in unmittelbarer Nähe ist die „Green Street“ mit tollen Restaurants!
Zum Time Out Market kann man bequem in 15-20min laufen.
Wir können das Casa Chafariz absolut weiterempfehlen!
