Sou sempre bem atendida, pelos funcionários, em especial pela Joana da recepção. Como sou cliente assídua e como sabem que gosto de dormir na cama de baixo, ter aquecedor no quarto e dois cobertores, quando chego à pousada tudo isso, já está preparado para mim.
Pousada Top, 4 estrelas ????.

Tive uma estadia de uma noite em quarto privado e foi a pior estadia de sempre. As paredes são tão finas que todo o barulho (e foi muito) se ouvia no quarto durante toda a noite. O check-in a partir das 18h apenas é inconveniente e o pequeno almoço é básico. Se tiverem o azar de ir ao pequeno almoço ao mesmo tempo que mais 10 pessoas, estão 10 minutos para aquecer um pão. Fica a 20 minutos da estação de oriente. Não tem WiFi no quarto nem no pequeno almoço.

Bin hier auf meinem Jakobsweg untergekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad eher klein, aber ausreichend. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist eher etwas ungünstig.

I stayed at this hostel for three nights and unfortunately had a concerning experience. I discovered a bedbug in the room (109) during the last few minutes of my stay, although it wasn't in my bed. Thankfully, I wasn't bitten, but I promptly notified the receptionist. The location, while close to the airport, is far from main attractions. The breakfast offered was good, but being particular about coffee, I opted to have it elsewhere. On a positive note, the showers were satisfactory, and it provided a quiet environment for a good night's sleep. However, due to the bedbug incident, I wouldn't recommend this hostel.

В хостеле, который мы забронировали бронь отменили, букинг предложил нам другой вариант.Ехать было далековато, но в итоге мы не пожалели. Прекрасный персонал, отзывчивый и приветливый, удобные номера, душевые, кухня, хорошие завтраки, на лето есть терраса. В хостеле чисто. Большой плюс - распололожен он у метро, рядом есть магазины, прачечные, недалеко находится набережная с барами и ресторанами, торговый центр Васко да Гамма.
С удовольствием остановлюсь там ещё.

Simplesmente incriveis e incansáveis. Espaços amplos, limpos e organizados, sente-se que foi remodelado a pouco tempo e que por isso ainda está a haver uma certa adaptação por parte da equipa, porém, sempre todos muito atentos e prestáveis. A localização não é péssima, porém fica ainda um pouco distante da paragem de metro.

Check in erst ab 18 Uhr. Aufbewahrungsraum vorhanden.
Frühstück ab 8.30 Uhr. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir zum Check Out um 06.15 Uhr ein Frühstückspacket.
Lage, nah am Airport, etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Um hostel muito limpo, cameras limpas. Só achei que teria que ter armários com chave no quarto e a posição pra quem vai com o metrô um pouco ruim. Tendo em vista que tem que atravessar a estação com malas

Classificação com base apenas no almoço servido na cantina. O espaço é agradável, bem decorado. As sobremesas são muito boas mas a comida soube a comida de cantina.
