Very nice hotel, super friendly staff and the location is amazing. The area is surrounded by art galleries, coffee shops (with oat milk) and nice cute stores.

Nos encanto Todo!
Fuimos en diciembre y hasta ahora no había dejado la reseña en Google.
Su personal encantador. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con ellos y siempre todo perfecto. Tiene una maravillosa ubicación y el hotel tiene todo lo que se necesita!
El desayuno perfecto. Las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y la cama cómoda.
Mención especial a Inés y Nuno, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, para repetir por tercera vez. =)

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Hotel. Die Lage ist recht zentral und alle Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit der nahegelegenen Tramstation zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klasse und wird vom aufmerksamen Personal ständig aufgefüllt. Besonders gefallen hat uns das frische Obst. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden beim nächsten Lissabon-Besuch auch wieder dort buchen.

Die Lage in einer kleinen Gasse macht das Gebäude leicht hellhörig, wenn man das Zimmer in Richtung Gasse hat.

Was able to book a last minute stay here during my time in Lisbon. The property is located on a small street off of a larger street. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The property itself is lovely and super charming. You're about a 10-15 minute walk from many of the main attractions in Lisbon. You're also surrounded by a bunch of terrific local coffee houses, restaurants, and specialty stores focused on local designers. While the room was a bit small, that’s to be expected considering you’re staying in the center of Lisbon. Because you’re off the main road, the room and property is very quiet. Overall a very positive stay and recommended!

Warum das Hotel immer so hoch gelobt wird ist mir ein Rätsel.
Das beste vorweg... Die Mädels an der Rezeption sind mega Nett und zuvorkommend, ohne die Damen würde das Hotel komplett durchfallen.
-Zimmer extrem klein
- Bad extrem klein
- Für Gehbehinderte komplett ungeeignet
- Kein Aufzug!!!
- Kein Handlauf an der Treppe
- Frühstück o.k. aber mehr nicht,
allerdings gibt es für 20 Zimmer nur 8 Tische, entsprechend sind die Wartezeiten beim Frühstück.
- Pool nicht der Rede wert
- Für all das einfach zu teuer

We stayed for four nights at Charming House and really enjoyed it. Our room was light, cosy and very clean. Positioned on the top floor, our balcony also had a lovely view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood. The ambiance of the rest of the house was equally charming and the location was perfect. The area is lively and has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants, although the house itself is on a quiet side street.

The staff were friendly and attentive, consistently making an effort to ensure our comfort. We would gladly visit again!

Een echte aanrader voor wie Lissabon ( vooral de oude stad) wil bezoeken. Heel mooi klein hotel, lekker en verzorgd ontbijt, zeer vriendelijke mensen. Je mag er niets tekort komen. Kamers zijn niet groot, maar wel van alle luxe voorzien, netjes en mooi ingericht.
Ligt vlakbij een tramhalte die je zo naar de centrum oude stad brengt of je doet een stevige klim van ongeveer 10 min.
Vanuit de stad kan je met de trein naar de kust rijden of naar Syntra ( allebei een rit van 40 min).

Hemos pasado cuatro días en Lisboa. Elegimos Dear Lisbon por los comentarios positivos, tanto aquí como en Booking. Realmente ha sido un acierto. El personal es muy competente y amable, (besos a Inés y al resto de equipo), siempre dispuestos a que tu experiencia, tanto en el hotel como en la ciudad, sea maravillosa. Las habitaciones son confortables, las camas cómodas y está todo muy limpio. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad (a mejorar el café expresso ????). La decoración es muy agradable y tiene una pequeña terraza interior, donde está la piscina. La ubicación es estratégica, el tranvía 28 te lleva al centro de Chiado en dos paradas (ha sido nuestro gran aliado!) Sin duda recomiendo Dear Lisbon. Relación calidad/precio fantástica.

Um lugar fantástico em Lisboa. Ambiente familiar, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e praticamente ao lado do Time Out ( um bom lugar para saborear boas comidas). Quartos sempre limpos, organizados e silenciosos. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e toda a equipe sempre muito gentil e prestativa, fazendo da minha viagem um sonho.

Ottima scelta la nostra per questi 3 giorni a Lisbona!
Dear Lisbon Charming House è ottimo in tutto:
posizione, a due passi dalla fermata del "famoso" Tram 28 e vicinissimo al centro.
Colazione, dove non manca nulla, dal dolce al salato.
Camere, piccole ma molto pulite e confortevoli.
Personale, cordiale, gentile e molto disponibile.
Veramente consigliato per la vostra vacanza a Lisbona!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel au moment du nouvel an.
Les employés sont aux petits soins. On nous a trouvé un super restaurant pour le réveillon.
L hôtel est très bien placé. Le centre est très proche.

Tudo PERFEITO!
Desde a comunicação antes do check-in até nossa estadia e check-out. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Estávamos comemorando o meu aniversário, então eles se certificaram de me surpreender na chegada, com doces e prosecco (cortesia).
O quarto (Double Room with Terrace) era extremamente confortável e silencioso durante a noite, cama excelente e roupa de cama de alta qualidade, banheiro ótimo. Muito espaço para guardar nossas coisas e um terraço adorável.
O café da manhã era farto, comida fresca, reposta com frequência e sempre uma variedade diferente de frutas.
A localização não poderia ser melhor, transporte muito fácil para a cidade (pouquíssimos minutos do 28E, também usamos bastante o Uber, pois era muito barato e eficiente).
Com certeza vou recomendar o hotel para todos os meus amigos e ficarei aqui novamente quando voltar a Lisboa.
Obrigada pela ótima estadia e atenção aos detalhes!

Der Name des Hauses wird seinem "Innenleben" mehr als nur gerecht!
Das entzückendste und aufmerksamste Personal, das Wohlfühlambiente, die Qualität und Darbietung der Speisen beim Frühstück, die perfekte und ruhige Lage und vieles mehr haben diesen Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. From the moment we walked into this charming place, to the minute we left, it was nothing but greatness. The room was quiant with a nice balcony to sit at and enjoy the surroundings. Every single person who worked there had a smile and a kind word every time they saw you. Breakfast was bountiful and was the perfect way to start your day. The location was good and we were able to either walk or Uber to any where we wanted to go. If you want a nice, quiet place that is not some giant chain hotel, this is it.

Wir 14 Freunde haben uns für unseren Städtetrip in Lissabon diese entzückende Unterkunft gewählt. Ganz herzlichen Dank an das super freundliche Team, die Fürsorglichkeit, das Schick der Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, das liebevolle Frühstück - wir alle waren total begeistert. Noch nie bin ich auf Städtereise morgens durch den Kaffee-und Brötchenduft munter geworden. Unser Zimmer war direkt über der Küche. Einfach genial. Wir alle empfehlen es zu 100% weiter.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Lisbon! The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially Inês. We had a problem during our stay with a payment at a restaurant and Inês was so helpful and lovely, she really goes above and beyond for guests staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was so delicious, especially the fresh pastries and fruit. The hotel itself is so beautiful and well presented.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Amazing location on a quiet side street but walkable to tram 28, Timeout market, etc. Very safe location.
