Советую получить номер 17 , тк с него раскрывается вид на несколько точек города и внутренний двор самого ресторана отеля.

Есть парковка ????️ что супер важно в этом городе

Интернет ????- не очень хороший в номере . Для проведения рабочих онлайн созвонов , были сложности

Our stay here was excellent. The staff is very friendly and exceedingly helpful. They went out of their way to help us and make sure our stay was successful. Our room was great for my wife and I.

Inconcepibile che un hotel a 4 stelle non abbia un bar decente e ristorante chiuso.
Abbiamo anche trovato il portone chiuso un giorno tornando e nessuno ci apriva!!!
In bagno alcune lampadine rotte e nonostante avessimo chiesto di cambiarle (siamo stati tre notti!!!!) niente…. Siamo stati al buio!!
Non lo consiglio come rapporto qualità prezzo!!

Overall the hotel is nice but the furniture is a bit tired and worn.
The breakfast is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold foods.
Some things are just strange, we stayed in a suite but only two coffee pods and one bottle of water were provided for our three night stay, when I asked if we could get any more I was just told no, there wasn't even an offer to buy at extra cost. There is also a mini bar with no prices. I had booked a welcome drink and was told this was only tea, not even the offer of coffee any other beverage.
Overall a nice hotel but for the price should be better

Meine Tochter und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel ☺️ saubere Zimmer und auch modern. Das Frühstück war simpel, aber für jeden was dabei. Ich finde die Lage super und wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder ....

Este hotel era uma antiga escola, e na renovação mantiveram pequenos apontamentos de decoração que remetem para essa origem.
Quartos amplos e espaçosos, bem decorados. Deveriam substituir as chaves enormes por cartões e adicionar uma fechadura no interior dos quartos.
Funcionários competentes, diligentes e muito simpáticos.

Buenas habiciones, magnificas suites, bien situado, trato genial.

Olá fui com um grupo de colegas tivemos a fazer atividades foi a primeira vez mas adorei foi super divertido. Os funcionários são muito simpáticas.

Um hotel fantástico para ficar uns dias por Lisboa. Imperdível na sua próxima visita a Portugal de férias ou fim de semana prolongado.

Sehr zentral für Touren in Lissabon. Zum Übernachten reicht das Hotel vollkommen aus. Frühstück simpel und ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten.

My wife and I are American expats living in The Algarve since September 2. This was our first trip to Lisbon. We absolutely loved Hotel da Estrela and Lisbon! It’s location is perfect! Easy walks to public transportation, parks, museums, Cathedrals, excellent restaurants, etc, etc. The Hotel was a residence and then a school. The interior pays homage to its educational heritage with its decore. In addition, a Hospitality school is next door and the polite and eager-eyed students shadow the hotel staff. What a treat for retired teachers! The hotel is comfortable and welcoming. The staff are excellent. They also have private and gated, below ground parking right under the hotel. That was what sold me! The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and large by Lisbon standards, we were told. We both slept well each night. It does show a bit of wear and tear but that’s expected in my book. It wasn’t off-putting, it just added to its charm. The included breakfast was delicious: eggs, bacon, fruit, breads, pastries, juices, coffee, meats and cheeses, etc. We will most definitely stay here again. It was actually hard to leave. That rarely happens for us! We usually are ready to leave a hotel for various reasons. Not this one. One negative, was that they use actual metal keys for the rooms instead of cards. Haven’t seen that in decades. Not nearly as convenient as cards. Also presents a safety issue because the door doesn’t have an auto lock feature. And you have to carry its big plastic key chain. But, it too added to the hotels charm and old-school feel. No pun intended.

Really enjoyed or stay, rooms and bed excellent, good shower, staff fantastic from front desk to cleaning staff! but really appreciated the breakfast as it was quite extensive and tasty. on edge of tourist area but still quite walkable once you realize Lisbon has only 2 directions, up and down and cope. Delta coffee machine in room, though first 2 pods should be free daily Fully recommend!

Мой опыт: в первый же день нашего пребывания, мы потопили комнату , из душа???? трап плохо работал вода вытекла в комнату.. обеспокоенная Housekeeping manager сразу предложила нам другую роскошную комнату люкс! Хотя не было необходимости.. огромная ванная комната ! ???? ( в предыдущей тоже ) опоздали на завтрак на 30 мин. В столовой уже убирали хотя нас посадили и накрыли стол заново❤️???? большое спасибо за гостеприимство???????? это был настоящий профессионализм всем советую сюда ❤️

After paying a extra night they woke me up early in the morning to make me change my room and ruin my sleep and rest… i ended up leaving. Terrible hospitality experience

Com muito bom aspecto mas não conheço pessoalmente os quartos porque a minha presença neste hotel deve-se a um evento que decorreu junto da sala dos pequenos almoços. Tem um jardim onde é possível tomar a primeira refeição da manhã. Também tem um estacionamento subterrâneo.

We stayed for five nights at Estrela and , we really loved the place. It was a simple , little boutique hotel with comfy rooms. Also, the breakfast was delicious. The location was very decent and centralised. We had easy access to any place in town. The staff was friendly, but, we would like to give our special thanks to Isabel, the director of the hotel. She was absolutely friendly and
supportive. Overall, we loved the place and the service. We will definitely stay with them on our next visit. We wish you good luck for your future endeavours. MUITO OBRIGADO da Estrela????????????
