Small 3 star hotel with comfortable rooms, some with a beautiful view of the heights of Penha de França.

Hotel do Chile is located in the heart of the Arroios district, where you won't come across many tourists. This small 2-star hotel has 35 comfortable rooms with reception on the mezzanine floor. We recommend the rooms at the back with a small terrace, those with a balcony or some on the top floor with a beautiful view over the heights of Penha de França. Although a little far from the center, the hotel is only 50m from the Arroios metro station, so it's easy to get to. Take a stroll down the lively Morais Soares street.

O destaque são os funcionários. São atenciosos, gentis, solidários. Não se hospedem no quarto 103, pois é escuro, mal ventilado e extremamente pequeno. A administração deveria ser mais atenciosa. Tinha banheira no quarto, mas não pude usar, porque a tampa não estava lá e não foi achada pelo funcionário. A acústica não é boa, os corredores são escuros. É uma pena, porque os funcionários são excelentes. Café da manhã muito simples.

Horrible breakfast: no vegetables of any kind, very few fruits(oranges and apples) and a tastless crunchy(a lot of eggshell) omelet. Try the café on the corner of the street instead (Monte Rei).????
Clen room except the cups that had yellow sticky marks inside and outside.
Convenient distance for both city main tourist attractions and airport(using meto) and good price.
