Close to the Lavra funicular, which will be completely renovated in 2023, this hotel has plenty to offer, with its central location and personalized welcome. Housed in a beautifully restored 18th-century building, it combines the past with the present (41 rooms and 1 suite, high-comfort bathrooms with Molton Brown cosmetics, top-quality bedding, etc.). The meticulous decor is by Miguel Câncio Martins, the Portuguese architect of Paris' Buddha Bar and New York's Man Ray.

Owner's Message
The renovation of a building dating back to the end of the 18th century was entrusted to Portuguese architect Miguel Câncio Martins, famous for his work in such legendary spaces as the Thiou and Buddha Bar in Paris, the Strictly Hush in London and the Man Ray in New York.
The hotel's decor combines the traditions and lifestyle of the city with the most modern technology.

Die Einrichtung ist stimmig und die großen Betten sehr bequem. Auch die Lobby und der Frühstücksbereich sind einladend gestaltet.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und alles lecker. Es stehen den ganzen Tag Snacks und Getränke zur Verfügung.
Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen, vermutlich allerdings eher etwas für Erwachsene.
Breakfast was good and ran until 12pm which was amazing, compared to some hotels which stop breakfast much earlier, and the all-day snack and drinks station was an incredible touch.
The room was lovely with a really spacious bathroom, the space felt really clean and the lounges/library were really cosy.
The pool is really small but super functional and lovely, same with the gym - the loungers felt like a small spa experience.
Staff was super kind and always friendly, location easy walking distance to all the main sights but the hotel itself was very quiet. Honestly not a single bad thing I can say!
