Há uns tempos eu e o meu marido visitámos o restaurante do Mama Shelter, o restaurante tem um ar acolhedor com uma decoração moderna linda, o rapaz que nos aatendeu foi incrível connosco depois de lhe dizer que estava grávida e que tinha algumas restrições na alimentação, ele soube aconselhar-me os pratos mais indicados e de um modo geral todos os membros do staff foram extremamente atenciosos! Visitámos também o Rooftop que tem uma vista incrível, bebi um mocktail incrível aconselhado também por um dos empregados de mesa e mais uma vez foram muito atenciosos e com atenção às minhas restrições. Sentimo-nos muito bem recebidos e com imensa vontade de voltar!

Adorei a experiência no
Mama shelter, fui jantar com um grupo de amigos e adoramos, desde a receção ao atendimento de mesa, a Joana e o Luca, foram quem nos atenderam e tenho a dizer que são uns queridos, extremamente simpáticos, divertidos e uma boa disposição que transborda e sempre dispostos a ajudar!!
Comida super boa, espaço com uma decoração fantástica e atendimento impecável!
Vamos voltar com toda a certeza!!

We were charged for services UNAUTHORIZED from the credit card. Incredibly greedy and ugly behaviour from a chain like this after paying over 1000Euros for a group dinner. Services were not clear and managing staff was not helpful. Waiters and runners were top.
