Tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kinder und hatten ein Zimmer über 2 Etagen gebucht. Das untere Zimmer ist sehr eng, wenn das Sofa ausgezogen ist, aber für uns war es ausreichend. Sehr gemütlich!
Toller Innenhof, kann man wunderbar sitzen bei guten Wetter, drinnen gibt es am Automaten kostenlosen Kaffee und 2 unterschiedliche Fruchtwasser, wo man sich bedienen kann

Frühstück klein, aber alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervor zu heben für mich, das frisch augegschnittene Obst, Rühreier leider kalt.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Taxi Transfer zum Flughafen für 20 Eur gebucht.

Am besten hat mir die Lage gefallen, mitten in der Alfama, 2 min. zu einem Aussichtspunkt, viele nette Lokale, wenn man gerade den Berg runterläuft kommt man zum Kreuzfahrtterminal, nach oben geht es weiter nach Gracia und dem Aussichtspunkt dort.

Les personnes à l'accueil sont très sympathiques. Ne pas oublier d'appeler l'hôtel la veille pour obtenir un code d'accès à l'hôtel si vous êtes en voiture.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Beware the front entrance can be a challenge to find and get to. The hotel and staffs were super nice and helpful.

Hotel récemment rénové avec goût. Nous avons loué une chambre duplex ayant un enfant de 3 ans. Chambre parfaite qui permet de coucher tôt le petit sans que nous soyons obligé de nous coucher. Chambre propre. Literie au top. Petit-déjeuner avec du choix. Le personnel parle Anglais et Français. Et surtout l'hôtel est parfaitement placé dans le quartier historique de l'alfama. Je recommande grandement cet hôtel et je les remercie de leur accueil.

Funcionário Flavio, péssimo profissional, devido a um incidente com um hóspede que teve um atraso no pedido no qual foi dado total suporte e sugerido informar se chegou tudo certo, o cliente não se queixou mas Flavio fez uma conta fake se identificou como dono do hotel para inserir uma crítica negativa no estabelecimento em que trabalho a fim de prejudicar a mim e ao restaurante, sendo assim da mesma forma que ele não consumiu o produto do restaurante e fez um comentário negativo me senti na obrigação de fazer aqui pra que revejam quem contratam e sugiro reavaliar os processos de contratação e treinamento para que evite este tipo de funcionário.

Albergo nel centro dell' alfama, stanze pulitissime con letti super comodi, piccole ma dotate di tutto quanto necessario per rendere confortevole la permanenza.Posizione centrale ma per persone che amano camminare e non si fanno spaventare dalle salite! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

very nice staff, located in the old town, so if you like walking this is a good opportunity. We stayed in May 2023. Hotel was very nice and welcomed us with nice surprises, muy brigado specially to Fatima who replied us with patience :)

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was small, efficient & very clean. Mini fridge & kettle in room. We had a window that opened and had nice fresh air. Bathroom had everything you need. The only difficulty was our Bolt driver trying to figure how to get to the front door since there is a movable barricade going into the street requiring a code. The streets in this area are not good for people with mobility issues. Very steep hills & rocky. There were several nice restaurants and mini mart near by. Stop for Tram 28 right around the corner.

Buon hotel in ottima posizione per visitare comodamente ed a piedi la città di Lisbona, in dettaglio il centro storico e Piazza del Commercio. Posizionato inoltre vicino ad un ottimo punto di osservazione "mirador"! Camere essenziali ma nuove, ben pulite e servite di set di cortesia anche se non troppo spaziose. Ottima colazione sul soppalco della hall. Corte centrale adatta per pause dalle temperature e per ristorarsi in compagnia.

스위트룸 예약했는데 복층이었음.. 그런설명은 없었던거같은디 .. 흠 -
그래서 캐리어놓기엔 좀 힘들었고 그외에는 괜찮았어요
골목에있어서 새벽애 공항갈때 택시 불렀는데 안까지안들어와서 캐리어들고 2분쯤 뛰어감 ^_ㅠ
호텔에 불러달라하면 앞까지 오긴하는데 가격이 두배인거같드라고요

Nous avons passer un super séjour à l’hôtel le personnel est très agréable , la chambre propre bien équipé, le petit déjeuner est bon avec une pâtisserie faite maison différente chaque jour. L’hôtel est est idéalement situer dans le quartier de lalfama sur les hauteurs . Les petits tram jaune sont juste à côté c’est super pratique . Je vous recommande cette hôtel .
