This 3-storey residencial-turned-hotel has 18 uneven but comfortable rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. It's quite stylish: wood panelling, checked bedspreads, carpets, a small desk... In a district that's not very touristy, an economical alternative close to Cidade da Horta street, which is teeming with restaurants at very reasonable prices. At first sight, good news for motorists: in addition to serving memorable breakfasts, the house also has a parking lot.

I stayed at this property for one night on a business trip. The property is in a good location for both the airport and downtown. The hotel is small and so was the room, but there was everything you would expect in a hotel room. Noteworthy the tranquility and the little noise at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, continental, too bad it is served in a sort of terrace closed, but still cold, in fact I had breakfast with the jacket.

Exzellente, ruhige Lage. 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle, 8 Minuten zur Metro, 3 Minuten zum Kaffeepavillon im Park. Wurde vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber ordentlich und sauber, aber sehr hellhörig. Es liegt immer kostenlos Gebäck zum Naschen und es steht Saft bereit.
